Yuliya Benina is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton office.

Ms. Benina focuses her practice on leveraged finance transactions. She represents corporate borrowers and financial sponsors, portfolio companies, agent banks, financial institutions and alternative capital sources (including private equity funds and SBICs) in agented credit facilities, leveraged buyouts, asset-based lending transactions, syndicated financings and other secured and unsecured financing transactions across a variety of industries (including health care/pharma, solar energy, technology, and financial services).

While in law school, Ms. Benina organized Temple Law Review’s symposium “False Confessions: Intersecting Science, Ethics, and the Law” in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
