Todd P. Boylan is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Boylan concentrates his practice in the areas of financial and strategic mergers and acquisitions on a national and international level, including the structuring and negotiation of stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint ventures and strategic alliance arrangements. He typically represents private equity or venture capital funds, as well as emerging growth companies, in matters ranging from formation up to and through venture financing and exit transactions. In addition, Mr. Boylan has significant experience in representing limited liability companies with respect to formation and structuring, venture financing and M&A. In addition to his transaction-based practice, Mr. Boylan regularly represents and advises U.S. companies in the life sciences and technology industries on day-to-day legal issues, including equity compensation, general corporate matters and in connection with licensing and commercialization agreements.
