Seth R. Oltman is of counsel in the Health Sciences Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. He principally represents pharmaceutical clients in multidistrict and coordinated state proceedings, class action litigation, regulatory counseling, and government investigations. His practice includes a focus on negotiating, structuring, and implementing mass settlements.
Mr. Oltman’s experience also includes litigating pro bono matters. He has represented clients in actions to secure titles to their homes and to fight contractor fraud, as well as in prisoner civil rights cases. In 2008, he represented the ACLU of Pennsylvania in a Commonwealth Court case concerning the interpretation of the term “electioneering” in the Pennsylvania Election Code.
