Samuel D. Harrison is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Mr. Harrison’s practice focuses on representing a wide range of businesses in all phases of complex litigation and advisory matters. His work has included analyzing complex business agreements and representing financial services companies and other businesses in putative class actions involving claims of RICO violations, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties. Mr. Harrison also provides counsel on behalf of higher education institutions in litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harrison served as a law clerk for the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before clerking, Mr. Harrison was an associate in the litigation practice group of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
