Robert C. Ludolph, special counsel to Pepper Hamilton LLP, is an employment litigator and leads the Detroit office’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.  As a member of the firm’s Privacy, Security and Data Protection Practice Group as well as the Non-Compete and Trade Secrets Practice Team, he advises clients on non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and has supervised investigations of misappropriated proprietary information and other workplace misconduct. He also is a Fellow of the Pepper Center for Public Service.

Mr. Ludolph defends corporate clients in discrimination, employment contract and ERISA litigation, representing management in labor relations matters, and advising organizations on health and privacy law issues. 

Mr. Ludolph represents clients in labor relations and other human resource proceedings, in private labor and commercial arbitrations and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and numerous state administrative agencies.
