Robert A. Gallagher is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Pittsburgh office. Mr. Gallagher has experience representing health systems, veterinary clinics, pharmacies and individuals with respect to a broad range of pharmacy regulatory and risk management matters. He has also represented pharmacies and pharmacists seeking licensure in various states and in state board of pharmacy proceedings and investigations.
Mr. Gallagher is a licensed pharmacist, and a member of the adjunct faculty at Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy. Mr. Gallagher teaches Law and Ethics and Advanced Law and Ethics. He also frequently lectures at continuing education programs approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the American Society of Pharmacy Law and the Health Care Law section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
