Robert A. Friedel is a partner in Pepper’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. He handles business transactions generally, concentrating his practice on securities law compliance, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate representation of U.S. and foreign companies in a variety of industries.
Mr. Friedel regularly counsels NYSE, Nasdaq and other publicly traded companies on the latest developments and requirements affecting public companies, including SEC regulations and stock exchange rules, as well as developments in statutory and case law. He also represents issuers, private equity funds and venture capital investors in complex equity investment, leveraged recapitalization and restructuring transactions, including in the evolving legal area of token / cryptocurrency offerings.
