Richard W. Foltz, Jr. is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, and a member of the Construction Practice Group. Mr. Foltz’s practice has been varied, with an emphasis on technical and engineering issues, and he has developed experience in tort, intellectual property and construction contract litigation. He also has significant experience counseling in the construction and government contracts areas. Mr. Foltz has lectured on construction law and litigation topics at many seminars and industry association meetings.

Mr. Foltz has substantial experience in the representation of contractors on stadiums, chemical process and power generating facilities.
