Nicholas A. Stawasz is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office.
Mr. Stawasz concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and public and private companies, including family owned and other closely held businesses and venture capital backed companies, in a range of transactional, corporate and commercial matters. In addition, he advises public companies on securities law compliance and disclosure and periodic reporting matters. Mr. Stawasz represents companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and manufacturing.
Mr. Stawasz is a member of the firm’s Training Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee. Before joining Pepper in 2013, he was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Boston.
