Natalie Grill Einsig is a senior attorney with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Harrisburg office. Ms. Einsig concentrates her practice in trial and dispute resolution. Ms. Einsig’s practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on ERISA, business torts and contract disputes. She handles an array of litigation from the pleading stage through motion practice, discovery and adjudication. Ms. Einsig has tried cases in federal and state courts, and has experience in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve cases, specifically in using mediation to resolve disputes. She also has been involved in numerous administrative proceedings in state governmental agencies including the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (BPOA) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC).
Before joining Pepper in 2005, Ms. Einsig was an associate with Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP in Philadelphia.
