Michael has more than a decade of legal experience managing e-discovery projects both large and small, and provides e-discovery counseling to clients and colleagues facing ever-increasing legal and technological complexities.
Before entering the legal profession, Michael spent 14 years as a software engineer and database designer for Fortune 100 companies, a background that enables him to address the technical intricacies of electronic document discovery. Michael also spent many years as an antitrust and commercial litigator, assisting clients in navigating the entire spectrum of e-discovery requirements, from preservation and collection through review, production, and evidentiary analysis for summary judgment and trial.
