Meredith Sherman is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton office. Ms Sherman focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, with a special emphasis on defending against shareholder derivative and securities class action litigation. Ms. Sherman also focuses on employment and contract disputes, as well as government and regulatory investigations.
Ms. Sherman is active in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and currently serves as vice chair of the Securities Litigation Subcommittee of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee. She is also involved on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining Pepper, Ms. Sherman was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, where she represented clients in numerous securities and commercial disputes, as well as in investigations involving alleged money laundering, financial fraud, and civil and criminal violations of federal and state laws.
