Megan Morley is a senior attorney in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Morley’s practice focuses on antitrust law, where she advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and competitor collaborations before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice and state attorneys general. Her experience also includes representing clients in class action antitrust litigations at the trial and appellate level, advocating for clients in anticompetitive conduct investigations by the U.S. government, and providing counsel to clients to avoid antitrust liability.
Prior to joining Pepper, Ms. Morley was an associate in the Antitrust and Competition group in the Washington, DC office of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP.
