Megan E. L. Bigelow is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office.
Ms. Bigelow concentrates her practice on complex litigation and intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on patent disputes. She has also represented clients in large-scale breach of contract disputes, business torts, Lanham Act matters, breach of fiduciary duty, and employment matters. Ms. Bigelow has extensively litigated disputes in both state and federal courts, including as an integral member of the trial team in a billion dollar contract and indemnification suit in the Southern District of New York. She has also assisted on investigations before the International Trade Commission and has experience in IP licensing.
Ms. Bigelow is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Boston Patent Law Association.
