Matthew represents businesses and individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters, including business, commercial, construction, real estate, and franchise matters. He litigates cases throughout the U.S. in federal and state courts, as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Additionally, Matthew has a growing data privacy and security practice in which he conducts internal investigations, and counsels clients in addressing cybersecurity incidents.
Matthew also has an active pro bono practice, representing disabled children who have been denied supplemental security income as part of the firm's New Jersey Children's Supplemental Security Income Program, and representing nursing and rehabilitation homes in guardianship litigation.
Before joining the firm, Matthew served as in-house counsel for an international hotel and resort chain.
