Matthew F. Smith is an associate in the Health Sciences Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the New York office. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on physician hospital contracts, state telemedicine regulations, advanced practice provider regulations, corporate practice of medicine issues and license changes of ownership.
