Lori E. Harrison is an attorney with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the New York office. Ms. Harrison concentrates her practice on intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, unfair competition, e-commerce and domain name counseling and dispute resolution. Ms. Harrison also advises clients on trademark availability and adoption, as well as the management and enforcement of domestic and international trademark portfolios, including representing clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, she counsels clients on licensing and service agreements, as well as intellectual property issues related to secured transactions, acquisitions and litigations.
Before joining Pepper, Ms. Harrison was an attorney with Sony Corporation of America in New York City, where she served as the principal counsel for various business units and affiliates, focusing on commercial contracts; intellectual property, software and technology licenses; business development and customer/vendor disputes. Before this role, Ms. Harrison was an intellectual property associate at a large law firm in New York, where she represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, talent, sports, fashion, publishing food and beverage, consumer products, software, online services, finance and real estate sectors.
