Lauren Judy Luptak is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Ms. Luptak’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC disclosure/compliance matters and corporate governance best practices. Ms. Luptak’s experience includes representation of both issuers and investment banking firms in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, high-yield debt offerings and convertible note offerings. Ms. Luptak also has experience advising purchasers and sellers in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions. In addition to transactional work, she counsels clients on compliance matters, ongoing reporting requirements for public companies, fiduciary duties and strategic transactions.
Ms. Luptak was previously an associate attorney with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City.
