Kirk Dungca is an associate with the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Dungca focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He has represented public and private companies in a variety of U.S. and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents, including escrow, shareholder rights and transition agreements and disclosure schedules. He has also represented issuers and underwriters in connection with offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Dungca also provides advice on varying corporate law issues, including commercial contract negotiation, assisting emerging companies and start-ups with formation, and general corporate counseling.
