Justin G. Weber is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP and attorney-in-charge of the Harrisburg office. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and has extensive experience litigating a broad range of issues including those related to financial services, education, and oil and gas development.
Mr. Weber helps clients resolve complex business disputes. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has successfully tried both jury and bench trials, arbitrations and administrative agency hearings. He also has successfully argued multiple appeals before both the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
Before joining Pepper in 2005, Mr. Weber concentrated his practice in state and local tax litigation with a multi-national law firm.
