Joshua L. Zeman is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Detroit office. Mr. Zeman’s practice covers a wide range of civil litigation matters. These matters include various breach of contract actions, including automotive supply-chain litigation, construction litigation, and transportation litigation. As a former federal clerk, Mr. Zeman has an active federal court practice, including representing corporations in actions brought under ERISA, CERCLA, and FDCPA, as well as in federal receivership proceedings. Mr. Zeman also represents clients in state court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Mr. Zeman also engages in pro bono litigation, including the representation of a client before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Zeman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark A. Goldsmith in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Zeman also has experience in appellate practice, having worked as a research attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals.
