  • securing a favorable arbitration award for a hedge fund client that found no liability for fraud and securities fraud claims following 15 days of arbitration hearings
  • obtaining an arbitration award for a client in a dispute with an investment manager under a solicitor’s agreement that awarded the client full recovery and attorneys’ fees and found no liability for any counterclaim
  • securing summary judgment and affirmance on appeal for a general partner of a Pennsylvania partnership defending against claims for breach of fiduciary duty, usurpation of corporate opportunity, fraud, conversion, equitable subordination and violation of the Pennsylvania Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act; plaintiff sought damages in excess of $81 million
  • obtaining a mandatory preliminary injunction for a limited partner of a Pennsylvania partnership to secure ownership and control of a multi-million-dollar real estate investment
  • securing a full-defense jury verdict for a software implementation firm facing fraud and conspiracy claims
  • representing private equity firms in litigation arising from stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements and in disputes with former officers and directors
  • defending numerous actuarial firms in professional malpractice actions throughout the United States
  • representing landlords, tenants and guarantors in commercial lease disputes
  • successfully resolving disputes through mediation and settlement conferences.
