Jane Fox Lehman is an associate in the Construction Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Pittsburgh office. Ms. Lehman concentrates her practice in commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on construction-related claims. She has substantial experience representing owners, EPC and general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, equipment manufacturers, and building product and material suppliers in disputes arising from a variety of industrial, commercial, and multifamily residential construction projects, including advanced metering infrastructure installations, airports, churches, condominiums, dams, highways, hotels, parking garages, pipelines, power plants, and water and wastewater treatment plants.
In addition to representing clients in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, Ms. Lehman assists clients with bid protests, contract review and negotiation, project management issues, and risk assessments.
Ms. Lehman is a regular contributor to the firm’s construction law blog, Constructlaw.com, and has co-authored multiple articles for legal publications including ConsensusDocs Construction Law Newsletter and AGC Law in Brief.
