Construction Insurance Coverage

  • representation of general contractor with respect to commercial general liability broad form property damage coverage for losses incurred as the result of defective window work performed by subcontractor on behalf of the contractor
  • representation of general contractor with respect to coverage under contractor’s professional liability insurance arising from negligent survey layout work performed by licensed surveyor on behalf of contractor
