Jaclyn M. Essinger is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office. Ms. Essinger concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and has a diverse range of experience in general litigation matters, as well as white collar litigation and investigations. Ms. Essinger has experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, pre-trial preparation, trial, post-trial briefing, and appeals. She has practiced in state and federal courts, as well as before domestic arbitration institutions.
Ms. Essinger is active in pro bono matters, including currently representing refugees seeking asylum.
Prior to joining Pepper, Ms. Essinger was an associate in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. While in law school, Ms. Essinger served as a judicial intern in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court.
