Greg has extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes before judges and arbitrators in jurisdictions throughout the U.S. He has represented clients in cases involving contract claims, construction disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud, products liability, unfair competition, antitrust, professional malpractice, and securities fraud. His clients have included health care companies, medical device manufacturers, energy providers, software developers, and retailers. He also has significant experience representing defendants in class actions and has successfully defeated numerous motions for class certification.
Before joining the firm, Greg served as in-house counsel for Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., where he handled disputes and litigation matters for Siemens' family of health care companies. At Siemens, he provided guidance to senior executives regarding a wide variety of legal issues affecting the business. He also provided advice in connection with the negotiations of contracts involving the sale of medical equipment, software licenses and health care services.
Greg also previously worked as a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP.
