Evelyn J. Meltzer is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Wilmington office. Ms. Meltzer focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
Ms. Meltzer helps financially distressed companies, creditors and other key constituents navigate the complex business and legal issues that arise in insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Meltzer provides comprehensive advice to clients regarding the risks, benefits, challenges and opportunities available in restructuring proceedings.
