Erica H. Dressler is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Dressler concentrates her practice on complex breach of contract litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, franchise disputes, international and domestic arbitration, and white collar investigations.
Ms. Dressler has extensive experience managing litigation during all phases of discovery, including preparing for and taking depositions. She has also prepared witnesses for depositions and assisted colleagues in defending fact and expert witnesses at their depositions. Ms. Dressler also has significant trial experience. In 2017, she third chaired an antitrust bench trial in federal court in Chicago.
Ms. Dressler is active in pro bono matters, including obtaining a favorable settlement in prisoner civil rights litigation. She also regularly works with the firm’s pro bono Adjustment of Status Clinic Practice Group, in which attorneys and paralegals assist refugees and asylum-seekers in obtaining permanent legal residence.
Ms. Dressler completed an internship for Judge Faith Angell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during law school.
