  • the merger of equals between two publicly held bank holding companies, resulting in a combined company with assets of $1.7 billion
  • the sale by merger of a publicly held bank holding company in a transaction valued at approximately $400 million
  • the sale of a publicly held state bank to another publicly held financial institution in a transaction valued at approximately $112 million
  • the acquisition and disposition by a private equity firm of a multi-state consumer finance company
  • the acquisitions by a privately held company of an approved FHA lender and Ginnie Mae Multifamily issuer, a Freddie Mac seller/servicer and a commercial mortgage servicer, and the subsequent sale to a publicly held financial institution
  • the acquisition by a private equity group of an advance factoring business and the subsequent successful disposition of such business
  • the acquisition by a private equity group of an automobile dealer and a related auto loan financing and servicing business
  • the strategic acquisition by a venture-backed provider of sports broadcast, data and live event technology of a provider of digital sports content and broadcast enhancements
  • the sale of assets of a mining and processing company pursuant to bankruptcy court approved process and sale
