David J. Tshudy is of counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Harrisburg office. Mr. Tshudy concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and land use.
Mr. Tshudy represents real estate developers and investors with a focus on industrial, energy, health care, retail and mixed-use projects throughout the entire real estate development process, including land acquisition, zoning, subdivision and land development approvals, construction financing, condominium and reciprocal easement creation, leasing, and disposition. In addition, Mr. Tshudy represents institutional owners and users of real estate, such as colleges, private schools, healthcare providers and restaurant franchisees, in their day-to-day real estate and land use matters.
Mr. Tshudy regularly lectures and writes on topics related to real estate development and Pennsylvania land use law. For several years, Mr. Tshudy has organized and presented Pepper Hamilton's Land Use Seminars at each of the firm's Pennsylvania offices.
