Daniel W. McDonough is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP. He is also a member of the firm’s Associates and Professional Responsibility committees and co-chair of the Food and Beverage Industry Group.
Mr. McDonough devotes his practice to merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance matters, complex commercial contracting and general corporate advisory matters.
In recent engagements, Mr. McDonough has advised sponsors of private equity funds and strategic buyers in leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, co-investments, recapitalizations, mergers and asset and stock acquisitions.
In addition, he represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and has counseled companies on financing, outsourcing, capitalization, buy-sell, governance, fiduciary duty and other shareholder relations matters. He also has represented domestic and foreign companies in transactions overseas and in the United States.
