Daniel R. Sieck is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office. Mr. Sieck concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities, technology law (including distributed ledger technology) and general corporate matters, including token offerings.
Mr. Sieck regularly represents public and private companies and equity funds in stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint venture and strategic alliances. He also represents venture capitalists, emerging growth companies and entrepreneurs in private placements, venture capital and other capital-raising transactions, such as digital asset sales.
In addition to his transaction-based practice, Mr. Sieck regularly advises board members and senior management, from companies across a broad range of industries, on a full range of legal matters, including formation, commercial contracting, equity compensation and corporate governance.
Mr. Sieck is a member of the Cleantech Committee of the MIT Enterprise Forum and has organized panels on a variety of topics in the clean technology industry.
