Daniel J. Boland is a partner in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Boland concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust/competition law, accounting related litigation, securities litigation, and director and officer liability. Drawing on his experience as a certified public accountant (inactive status) and former auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Boland provides significant value to clients dealing with matters involving complex accounting, financial and economic issues. He has significant experience litigating antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries and regularly advises clients on antitrust compliance.
Mr. Boland also is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, chair of the firm’s Management Committee, chair of the Hiring Committee and a member of the Diversity Committee.
