Daniel J. Boland is a partner in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Boland concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust/competition law, litigation involving complex accounting issues, director and officer liability, and securities litigation. He has significant experience litigating antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. He regularly advises clients on antitrust compliance and works with experts on complex financial and economic issues.
Mr. Boland also is a certified public accountant (inactive status). Mr. Boland is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, chair of the Hiring Committee and a member of the Diversity Committee. Before joining Pepper, Mr. Boland was an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP in Philadelphia.
