Chris represents for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers and lenders in a range of transactions including financing for affordable housing and community development projects, as well as creditors rights and other distressed investment sector deals.
Chris regularly represents clients in complex financing transactions, including agented-credits, leasehold financing, tax credits, and bridge facilities. Many of his representations involve real estate collateral and intercreditor issues.
Chris advises lender clients in workouts and modifications, including the exercise of state law remedies such as real estate and personal property foreclosures and sales.
