Christopher J. Lamb, a partner in the Wilmington office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, has more than 30 years of experience in affordable housing, creditors’ rights, finance and real estate. His clients include for- and non-profit developers and lenders.
Mr. Lamb regularly represents clients in complex financing transactions, including agented-credits, leasehold financing, tax credits and bridge facilities. Many of his representations involve real estate collateral and intercreditor issues. He also advises lender clients in workouts and modifications, including the exercise of state law remedies such as real estate and personal property foreclosures and sales.
