Christopher Hagenbuch is special counsel in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Silicon Valley and Philadelphia offices. Mr. Hagenbuch is a trusted business advisor to public and private companies of all sizes, as well as private equity and venture capital funds. He partners with clients to guide them through complex domestic and global mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Hagenbuch has advised clients in the technology, life sciences, energy, entertainment and other industries on matters including financings, early liquidity transactions, spin-offs and buyouts, recapitalizations, public equity offerings and private debt transactions. His work spans the company life cycle — from formation, founder-related matters, seed investments, and venture capital financings for early-stage companies to later-stage financings, M&A and corporate governance matters for larger private and public companies.
