Christopher A. Cortese is a senior paralegal in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP since 1990 and a member of the firm's Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group.
Mr. Cortese is a litigation paralegal concentrating in the area of construction litigation. Over the past 28 years, he has been involved in cases involving construction disputes ranging from high rise hotels in New York City, subcontractor disputes on multiple stadium projects in Philadelphia, a luxury condominium project on the Gold Coast of Chicago and a pipeline installation project in the heart of the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania. He has participated in numerous bench trials, complex arbitrations and jury trials. Mr. Cortese also has experience in other general litigation areas.
Mr. Cortese earned his paralegal certificate from the Main Line Paralegal Institute in 1982. He served in the United States Air Force, from which he was honorably discharged.
