Christopher B. Chuff is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Wilmington office. Mr. Chuff concentrates his practice on corporate, commercial, and securities litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on merger and acquisition (M&A) litigation, corporate governance disputes, fiduciary duty actions, securities fraud litigation, common law fraud and contract disputes, and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law.
Mr. Chuff represents clients in Delaware state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as in state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, he frequently advises clients regarding corporate governance issues and other related issues under Delaware law.
