Brian H. Callaway is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Callaway concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, including media law, insurance bad faith litigation and complex contract disputes.
Mr. Callaway represents news organizations in defending lawsuits alleging defamation and invasion of privacy. He has also helped media companies and other clients access public records.
In addition, Mr. Callaway maintains an active pro bono practice. He is a frequent participant in Pepper Hamilton’s legal clinics, and currently helps lead a clinic at a local shelter for homeless women.
Before joining Pepper, Mr. Callaway was a reporter for various newspapers, including a four-year stint at The Morning Call of Allentown. There, he covered congressional elections, police news and issues affecting senior citizens, among other topics.
