Allison DeLaurentis is an associate in the Health Sciences Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. DeLaurentis focuses her practice in white collar defense and corporate investigations, particularly in the health care industry.  

Ms. DeLaurentis represents businesses and individuals facing investigation by federal and state law enforcement authorities and government regulatory agencies. For example, she has represented major pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, payors, providers, defense contractors, financial institutions, and individuals in parallel federal criminal, civil, and state attorney general investigations. She has represented clients in investigations involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and parallel state statutes, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act. 

In addition, Ms. DeLaurentis advises health care industry clients on compliance with federal and state regulations. She also counsels clients on mitigating risks and implementing compliance programs. She has advised health care industry clients on negotiating, implementing, and complying with Deferred Prosecution Agreements and Corporate Integrity Agreements.

Ms. DeLaurentis also maintains an active pro bono practice and has served as co-chair of the firm’s Summer Associate Committee.

Before joining Pepper, Ms. DeLaurentis served as a law clerk to the Honorable Philip Carchman in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
