Solomon Hunter Jr., a partner with Pepper Hamilton, has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2019. Now in its 18th year of publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars recognizes attorneys whom clients name as the best of the best for providing superior client service. Mr. Hunter is one of only 335 attorneys to make the list this year.
BTI, a leading provider of strategic research to the legal community, compiled the list by conducting more than 350 in-depth interviews with the highest-ranking legal decision makers across 15 industry segments. Interviewers asked corporate counsel, in an unprompted manner, if there is an attorney who truly stands out as delivering the absolute best client service. Only those attorneys mentioned by name in the client interviews were selected as Client Service All-Stars.
Mr. Hunter is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Health Care Transactions practice groups. He counsels clients with respect to an array of strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up and venture capital financings, corporate carve-outs, financing transactions, and restructurings and reorganizations. During his more than 20 years of practicing, he has managed a range of complex transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including human and pet foods, chemicals, cosmetics, life sciences, health care, equipment and financial services industries.
