Aclaris, a Malvern-based dermatologist-led biopharmaceutical company, recently announced that it has acquired Confluence Life Sciences, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company focused on the development of kinase inhibitors to treat inflammatory and immunological disorders and cancer. Pepper Hamilton represented Aclaris in the transaction.
The acquisition will strengthen Aclaris’ inflammation and immunology treatment research capabilities through Confluence’s drug discovery platform and kinase inhibitor program.
