Pepper Hamilton Recognized in JD Supra 2020 Readers' Choice Awards
For the third year in a row, Pepper Hamilton was named the “top firm” in the construction category of the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards. The fifth annual awards acknowledge JD Supra contributors for achieving the highest visibility and engagement for their thought leadership during the year. Out of more than 50,000 authors, only 235 authors and 26 firms were named as winners of the Readers’ Choice Awards.
The construction category recognizes reader interest in construction-related matters, including contracts, construction defects, urban planning and development, state and local government, OSHA and workplace safety, among other topics. More than 2,100 authors covered these issues in 2019, and top readers in the construction category included individuals from the construction, finance, real estate, insurance and technology industries. In 2019, JD Supra published more than 50 articles from Pepper’s Construction Practice Group, including content produced for the group’s blog — Constructlaw® — which covers recent trends in construction law and construction litigation.
Pepper associate R. Zachary Torres-Fowler, who concentrates his practice in construction-related disputes and specializes in complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings, also was selected as one of the top 10 authors in the construction category. Mr. Torres-Fowler had 13 articles published on JD Supra in 2019.
