Matthew H. Adler Quoted in Law360 Article, 'Five Tips for Airtight International Arbitration Clauses'
Matthew H. Adler, chair of Pepper's International and Domestic Arbitration Practice Group and a co-chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group, was quoted in the February 1, 2016 Law360 article, "Five Tips for Airtight International Arbitration Clauses."
Matthew H. Adler of Pepper Hamilton LLP said another common carveout for arbitration clauses is to provide for a court injunction against the use of intellectual property.
"If someone is publicizing things and disclosing it to a third party, you want to be able to run to the court right away," Adler said.
