Lindsay D. Breedlove, a senior associate with Pepper Hamilton, has been appointed president of the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA) of Greater Philadelphia. Ms. Breedlove has been actively involved in HLSA’s executive committee since 2013. The Association strives “to advance the cause of legal education, to promote the interests and increase the usefulness of the Harvard Law School, and to promote mutual acquaintance and good fellowship among all members of the Association.”
Ms. Breedlove is a member of Pepper’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She specializes in antitrust litigation, class action lawsuits, and shareholder and fiduciary duty disputes.
Ms. Breedlove earned her law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2009, and graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2004 with a B.A. in government and psychology.
