Joseph F. Kadlec, a partner with Pepper Hamilton, has been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. The publication annually profiles 40 individuals under the age of 40 who demonstrate business success, community involvement, leadership and influence. Honorees will be recognized at a reception on May 30 in Philadelphia.
Mr. Kadlec is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He represents clients in various corporate and securities matters, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions in the private equity, food and beverage, technology and health care spaces.
Mr. Kadlec also has an active pro bono practice, and represents boards and nonprofit entities in governance and strategic transaction matters, including notable organizations and activities in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Kadlec recently completed a three-year term as the chair of the board of trustees of LUCY (Lifting Up Camden’s Youth) Outreach, an organization supporting education and outreach to youth in Camden, NJ, and continues to serve on LUCY’s board.
