Eli Segal, a partner and co-chair of the Pepper Hamilton's First Amendment and Newsroom practice, was quoted in the October 18, 2019 Philadelphia Inquirer article, "Relatives in Rittenhouse Square Stabbing Say They Don’t Feel Safe After Not-Guilty Verdict."

Attorney Eli M. Segal, who represents The Inquirer, wrote Friday in a motion to the judge that "the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has held that the press and the public have a First Amendment right to access juror names."
