Angelo A. Stio III Quoted in New Jersey Law Journal Article, 'Judge Says Charitable Giving Laws Not Applicable to Rider Consolidation of Choir College'

Angelo A. Stio III, a partner in and vice chair of Pepper Hamilton LLP’s Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, was quoted in the March 4, 2020 New Jersey Law Journal article, "Judge Says Charitable Giving Laws Not Applicable to Rider Consolidation of Choir College."

Angelo Stio represents Rider and said in a statement, “My client is very pleased with the Court’s ruling affirming its legal position on the relocation. My client also is excited about the opportunities that Westminster provides to elevate and enhance the University’s arts and music programs.”
