On October 19, 2018, PA Governor Wolf signed in to law the Timothy J. Piazza Antihazing Law. The new law amends PA's existing Antihazing Law, increasing the penalties for individuals or organizations who engage in hazing. This act becomes law on November 18, 2018. On January 15, 2019, colleges and universities will be required to make an initial report of hazing violations.
