This webinar will continue the discussion about the recently enacted 2017 Tax Act and its impact on small and solely held businesses including business and professional services. The Internal Revenue Service recently release proposed regulations governing Internal Revenue Code Section 199A regarding. The panelist will discuss the new tax legislation along with the recently proposed regulations and how it will impact lawyers and their firms. This will be a continuation of the previous panel and will build upon the new information received from the IRS in the proposed regulations.
