Morgan Klinzing, an associate in the Tax and Estates Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton, will be speaking on the Philadelphia Bar Association - Tax Section's CLE program titled, "Tax Reform: Dealing With Section 199A and Sections 163(j)."

There are now final regulations under Section 199A and proposed regulations under 163(j), two key provisions under tax reform. This program will address how these regulations work and the planning challenges and opportunities for tax professionals, including points of overlap between the rules.
